South Bend IN is where you will find Notre Dame University. Other attractions include the College football hall of fame, Northern Indiana center for history, the South Bend Chocolate Company factory/museum and the Studebaker national museum. Also, Check out East Race Waterway nearby. This is an 1500 foot long artificial whitewater course. It hosts the national whitewater slalom races. You can rent a kayak.  The course is built for both beginners and advanced.

The Lane Place Antebellum Mansion is located at 212 S. Water St. in Crawfordsville IN. It is the restored house of Henry S. Lane who was the founder of the Republican party. He is also important cause he helped Abraham Lincoln get nominated for the presidency.

The Badlands off road park near Atica southwest of West Lafayette Indiana has 700 acres. You can ride your dirt bike, ATV or jeep here. There are sand dunes, mud pits and pea gravel hills. You can ride all year round too.

The south bend chocolate company’s chocolate museum is a real treat. You get free samples of chocolate while you tour the factory. I love chocolate. this is the place for me.
